Food System Innovation
Objective:
In partnership with INTI (Argentina’s National Institute of Industrial Technology) and led by Comunidad SAS, Fundación Alimentaris supports 50 food production units from across Argentina—including small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurs, and individual or collective initiatives, regardless of their level of formalization.
The programme provides free technical assistance and training to strengthen producers’ capacities and support their safe integration into the formal food market.
The 2026 edition focuses on gluten-free processed foods. Over a four-month period, each selected production unit receives personalized diagnostics, training sessions, and ongoing technical support from specialists in food science and nutrition.
2025 Results
– 62 food products technically evaluated by INTI.
– 31 production units trained through the programme.
