Sustainable and Inclusive Value Chains
Objective:
To strengthen the value chain of family-based restorative aquaculture in Apóstoles, Misiones, by supporting the technical and operational activation of the local fish processing facility—a facility owned by the Ministry of Agriculture and Production of Misiones and operated by the Municipality under a concession agreement.
The project also provides comprehensive support to 10 local fish farmers, helping them plan harvests, comply with food safety and sanitary standards, implement restorative production practices, and test the effective use of the processing facility and its associated marketing channels.
